TAFE Tool Kit Set
Bunch of tools necessary for my Cert III in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) chuck into a crappy tool box.
Standard box of tools at a discounted price of $199; retail prices for the Cook's Knife $60, Filleting Knife $40, Boning Knife $30, Steel $40, Tool Box $30, etc... so price is worth it and easier for me to not have to look for little bitty detail items like the correct cookie cutter set.
The TAFE toolkit contains:

Trenton Dial Thermometer
Monopol 'Rex' Peeler
Victorinox Serrated Utility knife
Victorinox Tomato-Cheese knife
Pretty hopeless serrations, lousy on crusty breads and tomatoes. Sharp knives work much better, my least used knife of them all.
Victorinox Turning knife
Victorinox 'Bird's Beak' Turning knife
Weird shape to sharpen, used my cheapo Jewelstick diamond steel to cut a new edge.
Victorinox 'Sheepsfoot' Paring knife
Victorinox 'Flat' Paring knife
My favourite shape for a paring knife as the dropped tip prevents my from stabbing myself as with spear tips.
Ateco 3-sided aluminium decorating comb
Messermeister Zester-Channeler
Messermeister Zester-Channeler, part of the TAFE toolkit. a proper zester and channeller that actually cuts smoothly unlike el-cheapo and has very nice fat rubberised handle.
Mundial 12" Regular Cut Steel
